WE HAVE START!
Well, you just verified the list I made (I even thought about the fuel pump
and the oil pump, man you just never know). I was afraid to admit it, but
since the starter was the only variable that had changed, I sorta knew that
was it. :P Just took it out of the loop and no more phantom running motor
noise.
So, guess this means I got a bad new starter? Please tell me there is
something I can try other than removing it AGAIN and ordering a new one!!!
And things were going so well! If getting it off and returning it to the
point of purchase is the answer, I will get on that TONITE! I want this car
road worthy in 2-3 weeks for a ROAD TRIP to Savannah, GA (will be way more
fun to drive than my Montero Sport).
