I know i know ...
it should have moved it a bit more forward ..
but what i was really aiming at was to use it as a heat dissapation =
device ;)
remeber .. i have a turbo sittin back there .. that needs a bit of =
cooling when the car stoped or its moving
and so far seems to be workin pretty well ...
also i have done it before i had the turbo on there and i noticed that =
the engine runin temp wouldnt go up when u were sitting at light in rush =
hour trafic
besides ....
if it would have been moved up there would have been more force actin on =
it
and why would i need that ???
so it can sepparate from the hood, rip off and hit my windshield ... so =
i can replace it again .. no thanks!
and also i have a FMIC so that will do me no good at all=20
see where im goin with this ?

If you are going to put a forward-facing scoop on your 'roc, move it =
as far forward as you possibly can...right to the very leading edge of =
the hood. It may not be esthetic, but it will be in a positive-pressure =
area.

I personally want to put a "euro style" small scoop for ram air on =
the drivers side. Either above where the battery goes or just back a =
little ways from there.
Any ideas of air folw in that aera of the hood? Good spot or not?
I did look at the ram air DIY on scirocco16v which looks cool but I =
like the scooped look.
