wasnt there some trick with dry ice on a very hot day?
supposedly you let the hood get really hot, then take ice and quickly =
rub it around the perimiter of the dimple. supposedly the stresses make =
the dimple pop back out.

I started working on the body of the 80 S I bought from Kervin last =
fall, but it's got
about 100 hail dimples on the hood and roof that I don't know what =
to do with... I've
watched a friend of mine pull out some dents with a tool that =
spot-welded a rod onto the
body, and then you use a slide hammer to pull the dent out. I =
believe there are WAY too
many dents to use this method (plus there's a chance of burning a =
hole right through the
steel)
So, what do I do?
Thanks!
