engine mounts and ugly vibration

You MUST give more information.
Does the vibration stop after shifting into third?  (I assume your =
description is of the first to second gear shift?)  Does it vibrate only =
when accelerating?
All FOUR mounts new or just three? which three?
Keep the details coming....

  i finnaly took the car to a mechanic to a complete check of the =
engine,
  he disassembled it completely, (it looks very nice btw ),
  I had to change some things no big deal, almost everything was ok,
  except for the engine mounts, all three of them. It's a 16v engine.
  Now everything works fine, except :

  * under acceleration right after shifting in gear 1/2 a loud ugly =
vibration
  can be heared, this never happened before. The mechanic says the =
engine
  mounts are new, so they are stiff. ???!!! . btw, the clutch disc was
  replaced with
  a brand new one (Sachs type).

  and can someone tell me the stock dimensions of the radiator ? The one
  I have it's not an original one, and it looks much smaller (about =
10-15 cm
  shorter)
