ebay scam
Even though Steffen made no claims for the cam, other than identifying the
engine it came out of, the fact that he specifically mentions "139hp" leads
me to believe that he is making a conscious attempt to make it as easy as
possible for the prospective buyer to assume things about the item that are
not true.
It's called "implication".
He is NOT 100% in the right, he probably IS 100% within the law.
Is it our duty to protect the people who don't know the facts? I dunno. I
suppose that's an individual call.
