OT: B2 Passat/Quantum euro lights info was: lol!, My heater actually works

Do they have an advantage like the Rocco euro lights? 
I drove at night a couple times with the Quantum and
US lights suck.  I don't really like the looks of the
Quantum Euros but I rather have better driving
visiblity.  How much would they cost?  Are the US
lights sealed beams like the Sciroccos or a bulb?
