I must be doing something wrong... if I'm lucky, I'll get 400 kms out of a 
tank. Hmmm... new O2 sensor, plugs, 94 octane gas, etc as well. Think I need 
to check into this!

Maybe being french my answer came out across as being too agressive and I
want to apologise for it.

It's just that 516 Miles on a tank is alot of miles on a gas tank.
90% of drivers on the list with 16v get 300-400 at the most on best highway
conditions.

But if you did a fill up and get 500 miles on a tank I wanna know what your
setup cause I only ~250 on mine. (jealous actually of your results)
(possible because I drive an 8v too, I don't if my tank is as big as
yours...)

Hopefully I did not piss you off, as it definatly was not my intention.

All I asked was was it normal.  I dont know how many gallons of gas is at
half. All I do is fill it up and I just looked atthe trip meter and it said
258 and the gas gauge was at 1/2.  And I'm NOT going to stick anything in
the tank trying to figure out if the gauge is right or if I have exactly
HALF a tank of gas.
You wanna see the immission papers got to the cars website and see it.
