Fiberglass and Badger 5 tb's...

Anyone know a company that makes mkII FG hoods? I want a custom cowl
induction hood made (basically just the inner part raised instead of
dropped, and raised about an extra 1/2 to 3/4 inches by the time it gets to
the cowl). 

Also,  has anyone just used the Badger 5 TB conversion straight with the
Badger 5 engine management system?
