I recently purchased a 1984 VW scirocco 8v wolfsburg edition.  I'm 
thinking about putting a 1.8T motor in the car and I'm trying to get 
it to run a 10 sec quarter mile and still be street legal.  If I make 
one 10.99 second run I'll be happy.  I'm looking for advice on how to 
make the car run this time.  If anyone has any suggestions please e-
