Well, in two words...Good Luck!

Seriously, if you install a large enough turbo and do
a TEC-II engine management and maybe shoot a little
NOS and buy drag racing tires, quaife, etc, etc ,etc
I'm sure it could be done.

But it'd be prohibitively expensive and I doubt you'd
have much fun driving the car on the street.
