Nosiey Tappits and Weber Cams

Noisey Tappit, well at least I hope it is, a light tapping 
sound that comes and goes as Im driving it increases 
with speed, can I fix it myself, Im a bit of a novice.

Also as its my Rocc's 100,000 mile birthday!, Im thinking of 
buying it a twin chamber, fuel guzzling, weber carb, if 
anyone has had any experience of weber carbs before, 
or anyone has any recomendations please let me know,
