typical, but good still. That's how my car behaved when my fuel pump relay
died. Keep that jumper wire with you always, it can save you $$$ it towing.

The injectors make a sorta whining noise when they spray. It's fine, you
normally don't hear it due to the roaring motor. :-)

Not that big-a-deal, add it to the list of things to fix, low priority. Do
all the o-rings while you're in there.

5th gear plunger. A spring puts resistance on shifting into 5th gear. That
is the resistance you feel when shifting to 5th, and if you really have to
force it to go _over_ when going to 5th, this is too tight and should be
loosened.
