SV: cis fuel enrichment system ?
You can change the system pressure by adding more shims and with
added system pressure more fuel will go in.
You need to retune you entire fuel system (CO, idle etc). A
vaccum/boost sensitive control pressure regulator is a good
upgrade at the same time so you can run it lean while cruising
and rich when you want power.
The shims you can take from an old fuel distributer you have
lying around, 1mm added shims count for aproximetly 1 bar added
fuel pressure if memory servers me right...
A few hours of tuning and driving to get everything tuned up is
required. This should not be necessary unless you made something
else to your motor (ported, cam etc).
