There has been alot of posts about this subject  lately, and the more posts,
the more I think of things that could be causing my car  to do what you are
describing, at first I thought it was the cold start, and it very whell may be
but it might also be bad injector seals that take a little warming up to
expand and seal propperly, these are what I believe are the main culprits in
my situation, witch may not be the same in your case, but you might consider
them as something to be looked into.
