I've been having problems starting my scirocco when it's cold out.  The car
will crank and the motor turns over but doesn't want to start.  Anyone have
any ideas?  The batteries new.  Someone said it might be the cold start
valve?  Anyone have any other ideas?  Could the ground do the same thing?
