Same here.  It happened to Sunrise's 4 speed.  I almost had it out with
pliers but they slipped off and it fell all the way in.  I have driven it
for 100 miles with no horrible noises or problems.  If it does kill the
tranny that would be the final kick in the ass to swap in one of my 5
speeds.  4 speeds suck bad for street driving.
