Turbo and 16V heads; 9A or PL?
Use what is easier for you.
With turbocharging, all the usual power-increasing tricks are suddenly moot; want more power? ...turn up the boost. It'll make more power than the engine can withstand. :)

Since the topic of the new year seems to be turbo conversions I have an
additional question to add to the list. Which 16V head is best for
turbo applications? The 9A flows better on the exhaust side and the PL
on the intake side. Does the 9A have an advantage here with boost on
the restricted side and better exhaust flow?
