What can be done to help a tall driver fit?

Should be no problem.. '90 G60 Corrado seats were nearly plug and play
even on my 75.  Only a little adaptation on the center adjustment rail
was required.  The tilt feature should help out with head clearance
issues.  You can normally find decent sets (with standard driver side
bolster wear) pretty cheap.
