Those are a set of rockers and shafts for an Aircooled VW.  The "slant" on the rockers is a dead giveaway.  :)

I'm not sure it's scirocco or VW related.  The only thing I know is that I 
found it in the back of my 84 wolfie when I bought it.  There was some other 
misc tool n such in it also.
