Air-powered car?
You sir, have just invented the perpetual motion device!!!
A windmill on top of the car to compress air which is then fed to a
compressed air motor which in turn powers the car, and the motion of the car
turns the blades of the windmill, etc... Voil?! That was easy...
Cheers.
