Thanks for that eh? I've never considered myself to be stupid and I sure as
hell am not starting to because of THAT comment.

I have checked mine, and one was off by a wee bit ( (.001?) I'd have to go
back and look at numbers), but ambient air temp was higher than Bentley
spec too, so I didn't worry about it. As for why I did it? I need this car
to be nuts-on consistent, and it was running poorly. I'd checked everything
else and figured this was another thing to check, but it was fine, so I did
no adjustment. As for the others around here, if they run fine, I'm not
checking (most aren't solids anyway). Obviously it was no better afterwards.
