Winter Sucks, But the Scirocco prevailed

I went to DC on Friday from Allentown, KNOWING that this snow was
coming, and I continued on to Virginia anyway and drove back to
Allentown last night.  I was doing pretty good... 70+ until I hit
Gettysburg--then I was getting a good amount of accumulation on the
road.  I slowed down to 50-60mph but the 87 Scirocco did very well. 
Had one semi-close call when I hit an odd drift when I was passing a
truck.  She wanted to go to the right but I held her.

I have to go out and shovel her off in a minute.  (Please note that I
did buy new tires all season Kuhmos before galavanting off into the
snow)

Heading to Portland on Thursday and then on to Vegas on Sunday.  Whoo
hoo... I said I didn't mind traveling I guess I have gotten my wish.
