[SOT] Subwoofer Amp - Visonik Amplifiers Pros & Cons

Has anyone used Visonik amplifiers, or know of any problems with them?

I'm looking at a Visonik V108XT mono-block amplifier to drive a subwoofer,
since my Kenwood 714 finally stopped working.

The Bazooka is too big and it's going back to Circuit City when the return
lines die down.
