Hey now... I made/installed that bar many years ago and believe it or not it was painted before
install!!  Imagine if I didn't paint it at all...

Don, you really need to stop driving that car in the winter!  sheesh.  I can't believe all that
rust under there.  Granted, these pictures were helpful to show what the bar looks like, but geeze
man, all that rust is enough to give any Scirocco owner a heart attack!  Oy!
