Good one!  Yeah, probably but hopefully I can get it painted before then.  Maybe metallic green.  On a side note, whilst the car was on the ramps I sprayed some Zep Orange Cleaner on the hood and wiped it off -- & discovered that this stuff is excellent for removing oxidized paint.  Gonna use it before the next "polishing".
