Damn ignition timing (+ ETKA help)

That bolt is kind of weird, with some sort of pseudo-self taping thread.  I
assume they did this so that it would ground well, I don't know.  Since I
don't know the purpose of it, I would suggest putting that sort of bolt back
in there.  LMK if you need one, I will get one coming...
