Gotta tell someone!

Well, I took a first step today.  



I went outside to enjoy some of the beautiful sunshine and the wind that's
blowing today.  It's a wonderfully warm wind.  It feel so nice out there.  I
was sitting by the shed, looking at my baby, talking to hubby, then I jumped
up, went over to the car and moved the stuff from behind her.  Told hubby to
go get me a strap or a chain and I went to get the keys to my truck.  LOL,
hubby asked what I was doing until I told him to get me a strap or chain.  



When I got back out with the keys, I backed the truck up to the back of my
Rocco.  Told him I want the hood of the car even with the doors of the shed.
We hooked her up and I (VERY gently of course) pulled her toward the shed. 




I told hubby that if I'm under the hood, I don't want to have to walk a mile
to get tools.  Also told him that if I have to, I will do all the work
myself to get out whatever needs to be replaced.  Which is a LOT.  Sol be
it!  That's my baby!  



So...I will be updating you all as it goes if you want to hear it.  This
will be special to me as I have never undertaken something so big by myself
before.  Hubby said he might work on it some tomorrow.  I have to admit that
today is way too beautiful (and windy when you are in a very sandy area) to
work on the car and 4 in the afternoon this time of year is too late.  Still
starts getting dark pretty early.  What hubby doesn't know yet is that
tomorrow, it is supposed to rain.  Tuesday some too.  LOL!  But at least I
will have the car close enough to start.



Anyone in GA or east AL wanna help?  ;-)   LOL!



I'm going to start a web page and document what I do what days.  I am going
to go so far as to take out the seats and remove the carpet.  I think that
will be the best thing at this time.  It smells a little musty in there and
I know that's because I need to replace all the weather stripping.  This car
is going to end up with a LOT of money in it.  Well, lot's more anyway.  



I have some shipping to pay as well.  Depending on what happens next week
with hubby going to Dallas that is.  I'll be sure to post pics as it goes
too.  I'll take some pics tomorrow for the before.  Just please forgive me
for the way she looks right now.  



Ok, I went ahead and made an MSN group if anyone wants to see.  Not much in
there yet, but I hope a few of you will join.  I do a pretty decent job on
web pages, and I keep learning and trying new stuff all the time.  So if
nothing else, join to see the cool graphics that I change often.  



I would prefer to have mostly listers in there anyway.  LOL!  I consider you
all my friends!
