all 8v oil filters the same?

I'm a bit confused because it seems to me that the are all the same but It looks like germanautoparts.com has a different filter listed for the ABA. I know if you go to any parts store they will give you the same filter for both. By the way the i read some study somewhere that sid the purolater pure one was pretty much the same thing as the mobil one filter. just 5 bucks cheaper. I used them on all my fords.
