IT STRESSES IT - DON"T USE IT!!!!
I have all the old issues of VW & Porsche and have seen lots of old cars
with these on there - they are very hard on the front crossmember because
they "push" against it.
use the Neuspeed style in front and in back I really don't know, but I
wouldn't be against a few more welds on those triangular plates if you are
putting that much more load on them.
