Not that important, unless it's busted up.
A LARGE sheet metal screw, screwed into it and yanked out via a pair of
Vise-Grips has done it for me in the past. Or a small machine screw whose
head will pass through the hole and hook on the backside can be used, with
the Vise-Grips, to pull it out.)
