And still the lameass economy to boot, right?

My grandmother lived in Berks (which I think is north
of Lancaster).  All I know is the taxes she paid her
whole life were astronomical.  I mean, it made PA seem
like a socialist country but without any of the public
service perks.  And if you don't think crime in Philly
