The '85 grey Scirocco is now GONE...

That beautiful grey Scirocco in St. Louis that I had
my eye on - was driven to get - is now history.  The
dealer decided that it had to go that day and had
someone come in and give the owner $100 for it.

Nice - because here I had two guys in St. Louis offer
to go pick it up for me and store it.  Free storage. 
So I call the guy after I get off work and 'presto!' -
it's gone.

Can a weekend start or a year end with a worse note
than this?  I know it can, but I will admit that I am
coming down off one seriously angry mood right now.  I
will never see such a nice Scirocco for such a price -
a bloody $75 gift!

I must have pushed the Scirocco envelope to much over
the past few months and it is collapsing as punishment
over me.  Woe is me.  I cannot be consoled....
