Rear wing functionality

Back in the day when I had my 16V Rocc, it had about 140K and completely
stock. The first time I took it to 100mph, I could feel the car hunker
down at about 85mph and it just got real stable all the way past 100mph.
It was a really cool feeling. I think the wing adds needed down force at
higher speeds, plus this is a German car, they don't add "Bling" just
for the hell of it. Hell they didn't add cup holders until the mid
'90's.
