nice headlights...now where can I get a pair like that

yellow lights are not allowed in europe anymore,
france had to switch to white.  all-weather bulbs are
allowed, but they aren't really that yellow.  i did'nt
get the beginning of this string, so maybe i'm not
sure what is being talked about.
