questions on removing fuel distro
Sounds good. I managed to get all the lines undone and it's able to be pulled out at the moment. As for the AC compressor though, I'm about ready to see if I can rent a plasma cutter and just start hacking away. What a bitch! I think there are only 2 bolts left holding it in, but both have rounded. The bolts holding the hoses in place will probably disintegrate before they come out as well. And I managed to snap the heads on a coolant thingy. It connects to the head, has a hose running out the bottom and a hose running to the driver's side. I'm hoping the piece isn't threaded because then it will just pull off. Otherwise, it can just stay there. So far, I have the radiator and fan, AC radiator and air plate completely removed. Everything else is about half removed. Yeah, loads of fun. Gives me something to do at least.

The metal braided line from the dist back under the car is the return line
to the tank. The fuel line runs to the back side of the fuel filter on the
right side of the fuel dist.
Remove the line to the fuel filter and the one from the filter to the dist.
That should stop the leak.
Pull the injectors using a pair of vice grips, remove the lines to the FPR
on the front of the engine and the one to the cold start and the whole mech
will lift right out. Its easier to handle in one piece.
Having fun yet?
