Yep, getting a " could you provide me with a written refusal so that I may
provide this information to VWoA and the Federal Bureau of Transportation "
so that I may pass my annual inspection, with your word of refusal telling
me that there is NO recall on my call for a leaking gas tank, I think it
should be alright, no?"
