Don't waste your money
I tested the Bosh, Bosh Super Copper, BoSh Platinium, and Bosh 2 and 4
platinium, and found that the best p[lug for the 8v jh is the recommended
plug from the manufacturer, Bosh Super copper (triple cathodes), simply
because the spark is based on a resistance system on our cars, and that the
platinium do not have thios resistance in them, the spark is not has hot.
Over 6 months I tested super copper vs platiniums about 2 years ago, and
found that on average the bosh super copper gave me 30MPG Hwy, 28City and
the platinium gave me 27 hwy and 26 city. A better all around average (more
constant) but all in all, the copper; a) produces better mileage b) cost
less than platinium.
cheers

Bosch Platinum2 -- any good in an 8v?
The .org archives weren't conclusive as to a best-choice
plug for this car, I've been using the 84 owner's manual spec ..
