More than likely it is an air bubble. You can do one of two things. Get it
really warm (about to the red) then let it set for a while. OR, you can
pull your upper hose off and try to fill it through the hose.

OR you can rev it above 3.5K, and the system will purge itself. Do it,
been doing it for 10+ years, and it has yet to fail.
