Are you looking to hire someone full time or contract the work out. What programming language are you interested in. I know Solidworks uses Visual Basic, not sure what ProE uses.
Another product you should consider is Configura. We have our entire product line programmed into that software to draw and price out our systems. It is a pretty slick software and the people are great to work with. My comapny brought a programmer over from sweden for a one year contract. If yo are going to be at Cincy I can show you the software.

I do all sales/quotations for our machining division and I'm currently looking
for a programmer that knows ProEngineer and Solidworks. We are an Engineering
firm whose main line are Flight simulators, located in Montreal. Anyone
