headlight relaying tech article Headlight Connector Spades
If you are running higher-than-stock-wattage bulbs, I would recommend attaching the leads to the headlight prongs with ring connectors and tiny brass machine screws and nuts.
These provide a much better connection than the spade type, which will have enough resistance (from corrosion) over time to overheat the wires' insulation near the connector.
You may have to drill the existing holes in the prongs out a small amount.

I don't know about making all 4 lights come on with the
high beams, though. You may find your lights bright
enough with the relays.
