Bonrath strut bearings update...
I don't think the whole bearing ass'y is much more than 1 1/4" thick. How can it lower that much??
If the strut bearing lowers the front 1 1/4", it can only do it by moving the top end of the strut rod upwards, 1 1/4" higher in the car, which would put it very close to the hood.
I'm skeptical.

Hmmmm. I remember talking to a salesman from CFI Motorsports at
Waterfest 2002, and he said the Bonrath strut bearing they sell would
lower the car 1 1/4". Someone who has them installed on their car speak
up!
