GM coin holder mounting ideas?

Okay folks,
  Sometime ago I asked for some help coming up with an idea of how to mount a 
GM coin holder in my car.  I am hoping that between the dozens of heads we 
have on here that we can do so without causing too much irreparable damage to 
the car in the process..  :-)
