You're kidding right? First off...This wasn't MTV...This Wasn't an ER
episode...This was a show that had a lot little kids watching it. I doubt
there's too many parents letting their kids stay up to watch ER. My 5 year
old son was watching, and he is just an example. I think society as a whole
has taken a downward spiral long before this, but this is an example of how
EVERYTHING is just accepted. What happened to respect? You know, respect for
other people...for people's family...I'm not trying to pick on you Dave, I
think your opinion represents a large portion of society that doesn't seem
to grasp the idea that this sort of thing is totally wrong. I feel very
strongly that this was a wake up call to parents of teenagers who have no
clue what is being showed on MTV. After all, this wouldn't even have been
mentioned in the news if it happened during the VMA's. I was part of the MTV
generation, you know the "video killed the radio star" generation. I
remember when MTV News used to encourage teens to get out and vote, and get
teens involved in issues that would affect them. The other day, MTV news
announced the selling of some rappers pink Escalade on ebay, and that was
the entire MTV news blurb...Times have sure changed...Anyway Dave, like I
said, I'm not targeting you, just this opinion...

There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY that was an accident.  Even though I don't
approve of this (at least my moral side) I don't know why they are making
such a big deal out of it as ER showed old woman breasts the other night and
someone said asshole in the same episode.  I didn't think they could say
that or show breasts but they did now they are screaming about Janet showing
her right breast with most of the nipple covered with what seems to be a
pierced something-or-rather.  Sounds hypocritical to me.  Everyone is in it
for the effect, even the big networks.  Sounds kind of cool to have some
type of stunt every year during half-time that will top the last!  Someone
might actually watch the half-time show!!
