Mk1Bumpers - Cleaning
I use 303 Aerospace Protectant. After washing the bumpers with a big medium
stiff brush and regular car wash soap. Let it dry. Apply a generous amount
of 303 to the point where it's almost dripping off. I use a latex glove to
spread and work in the liquid. Let is sit for a while and then wipe off
excess with a soft clean cloth. This works for me.

All
I've taken them apart to clean up some rust issues on the supports.
The covers have aged a bit and I was wondering if there is a preferred way
to clean them up (black plastic)
and make 'em look like new. Or maybe preserve them better. Paint?
Thanks!
Rob
