Deleting dealer option AC

So I bought an alternator from Pete @ thescirocco.com (which was way cleaner 
than I thought it would be) and the pulley was to long. Turns out I have a 
dealer installed AC system on my car. Pete is going to exchange pulleys for me. 
So no problem there. My question is what do I need to do to delete the AC? It 
seems if the car wasn't factory equipped it should be relatively simple. I 
don't have any thing to compare my car to. So I don't know what the non AC setup 
looks like. Any tips would be great.
