I might be buying a Jetta for a winter car, but it doesn't run.
If (so the PO says) you keep your foot down hard it will start but run VERY 
poorly.
Timing is set ok. 8v motor.
I found the WOT switch wired on hard.
Many sensors disconnected.
The engine is grossly dirty (just an observation).

Any ideas why no run?
