1.8T pistons in a 16v motor
yea its in my plan to do. I going to install the tec 2 on the current motor
then dyno tune it. then lower compression and turbo it with only 5 psi.
then build the race motor. I only have 3 1.8T pistons and rods so I'm just
going to get some turbo pistons with stock bore from vortex when someone
sells them. forged pistons on 16v rods will support about 350-400hp so its
STRAIGHT. I think I can get some forged pistons for $350 on there. How was
the tec 2 to get started? I'm planning on going up to NGP to have them dyno
tune it.
