Yes, Cathy, possibly more dangerous than cell phones.
But, unfortunately, not as common.....

  Too funny! I once followed a "single occupant" who was having trouble 
  staying on the road, all of a sudden, a second occupant appeared beside him, 
  and the driving smoothed out a bit. I think it may just be more dangerous
