cross-flow vs g60
Hey, I got an 8v turbo diesel manifold!! It's going on my TD though! It
looks to me to be quite the restricted setup and when comparing diesel to
gas, especially turbo, they are apples and oranges. Knowing what I know now
(building my TD) I wouldn't use anything off of a diesel for a gas turbo
motor.

Well you can buy or have made a turbo manifold for a 16V for less than
or the same as what it would cost you find a somewhat rare 8V Turbo
diesel manifold.
Time is money and if you want to dredge through junkyards and ebay so be
it.

I can't speak for everyone else, but personally I'd go the 8V route
simply
because you can't bolt a turbo diesel exhaust manifold to a 16V head,
and
I'm "keep it under budget" Drew.
YMMV, but mine's pretty consistently 55mpg imp... :)
