Vacuum Hose Question. Help please!

Hi everyone,

Noticed a hissing under the bonnet this weekend, checked over some hoses
and one had been rubbing on one of the brake linkages.
I looked on ETKA, can't seem to match the shape of this hose to any in the
catalogue though. Any Ideas??
Theres photos of the hose and a couple of captures from ETKA.
Also noticed a hose coming out of the throttle body with a screw in it
(Blocking it up) is there any reason for this?
